Established in 1993 in Westhampton Beach, New York, Sydney's is not just a gourmet country market with prepared items to go and on-premise dining; Sydney’s is also a full service caterer, specializing in tailoring menus to fit specific tastes, styles and budgets, serving the Hamptons and the entire tri-state area. Chef David W. Blydenburgh, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, customizes menus with clients' specific preferences and needs in mind. Erin B. Finley, who coordinates all aspects of each catered affair, has a hands on approach.
